Streaming has taken over our TVs and smart devices, but having so many streaming options can add up over time. Thankfully, Verizon is offering an opportunity to score free Netflix for a year, which can save you $240.
Through Verizon’s myPlan +play, you can enjoy Netflix Premium for no cost when you subscribe to Starz or AMC+ through Verizon. To be eligible for the deal, you just need to be a Verizon mobile, 5G Home or LTE Home Internet customer. And Verizon offers deals on a multitude of entertainment all in one place.
Already have +play? All you need to do is choose whether you want to subscribe to the AMC+ bundle or the Starz bogo on your plan. The free subscription will last one year, then you’ll be charged the Netflix Premium subscription price of $19.99/month. The streaming giant carries tons of must-watch shows and movies like Fubar, Queen Charlotte, Never Have I Ever, Manifest, You, Stranger Things and Love Is Blind.
If you don’t have +play, you’ll need to make sure you subscribe to it beforehand in order to take advantage of the Netflix deal. The platform is $25.99/month and gives you a one-stop place to manage subscriptions and more.
What is +play? Consider it an all-in-one platform for tracking your subscriptions and payments as well as discovering new entertainment. You can also choose to add other streamers to your myPlan such as Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, AMC+, NFL+, NBA League Pass, Max, Netflix, A+E Networks, Starz, Duolingo and more — with additional platforms planned to be added throughout the year.
AMC+ offers a library of action, drama, comedy and more including shows and movies such as The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon, Mayfair Witches, Interview With a Vampire, Chucky, Dark Winds, Black Snow, Documentary Now!, A Discovery of Witches and more.
Along with Netflix’s large library of offerings, you’ll also be able to watch Starz originals including Outlander, Minx, Force, Gaslit, The Serpent Queen, Power Book II: Ghost, Shining Vale, Party Down, Sweetbitter, Seduced, The Spanish Princess and more.
